Dispute Resolution
Horack Talley’s real estate group is typically the first responder when conflicts develop involving commercial real estate, such as disputes over acquisition contracts, leases, and property management agreements, as well as disputes among the members or shareholders of an entity that owns real property.
If initial efforts at resolution are unsuccessful, the real estate group works with Horack Talley’s litigation department to settle disagreements through formal channels.
