Representing homebuilders is a major focus of our firm. We assist homebuilders in all aspects of creating or building in a residential community, from start to finish.  

Horack Talley represents some of the Charlotte region’s best-known homebuilders, many of which are regional or national homebuilding companies.

On the front end, we handle acquisitions of all types of real estate, whether it is raw land, land that is already “horizontally developed,” or lots in an established subdivision. We coordinate lot take-downs and examine zoning and land-use issues to ensure that the property being acquired is right for the builder’s needs.

After the construction phase when the house is sold to a homebuyer, Horack Talley will conduct the closing at our South Park office, which was specifically designed and staffed to facilitate high-volume residential real estate closings. This way, homebuilders can rely on Horack Talley for all parts of the homebuilding process, from lot acquisition to sale.
