We handle all aspects of real estate development, including the negotiation and drafting of contracts, all due-diligence issues, property acquisition, and all land-use and zoning, survey, environmental, easement and title issues.

We also prepare all documents necessary for the establishment of subdivisions, such as Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. A developer can look to Horack Talley for continuous representation through all stages of development.

Many of our clients develop condominium projects and condominium conversions of apartment complexes. For these clients, we prepare the public offering statements, Declarations of Condominium, and all other necessary condominium documents, such as bylaws and articles of incorporation.
