D. Christopher Osborn conducted a Lorman Education Services - sponsored seminar about Construction Litigation on September 19, 2006 at the Westin Charlotte, 601 South College Street.
Seminar highlights included discussion about the causes of construction disputes, delays, interference, inefficiency and acceleration; contract administration procedures, and arbitration agreements.
Mr. Osborn serves as head of Horack Talley's litigation practice group. The group's practice is concentrated in construction litigation, employment law, commercial litigation and real estate litigation.
