Three Horack Talley Attorneys Named to Business North Carolina's "Legal Elite"

Charlotte, NC: Robert S. Blair, Henry N. Pharr, and H. David Powell have been named to Business North Carolina magazine's Legal Elite. This designation is reserved for the top 3% of attorneys reviewed by their peers.

Each year, BNC mails ballots to all North Carolina State Bar members and ask them to tell them who they think do the best work in several key categories. After the reults are tallied, BNC takes the top 3% and makes them members of the Legal Elite Hall of Fame. The honor can only be won once, and is a permanent designation.
