Six Horack Talley Attorneys are Law & Politics Magazine's "Super Lawyers®"

February 4, 2008 - Charlotte, NC: Law and Politics Magazine, originators of the Super Lawyers survey, released their list for publication today. Six attorneys from Horack Talley were voted by their peers onto this prestigious list.

Law and Politics Magazine uses a multi-step review process including research and peer review in order to select attorneys that are exemplary of the professional achievement required by their discipline. More than three quarters of a million attorneys are asked to nominate the best lawyers they've personally observed in action. Independent research is conducted to verify attorney records. Only the top five percent (5%) of attorneys on the list are selected as Super Lawyers.

This year, four attorneys in Family Law and two attorneys practicing in Real Estate have been selected as 2008 Super Lawyers. Rob Blair, Gena Morris, Tom Cannon, and Tate Sterrett of the Family Law practice were selected. Commercial Real Estate attorney James Talley and Residential Real Estate attorney Woody Efird also were honored.
