Elizabeth Hodges Is Made the 29th Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys in North Carolina
January 15, 2008 - Charlotte, NC: Three months ago, Horack Talley attorney Gena Morris was named the 28th Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys (AAML), and today Horack Talley was informed that Beth Hodges is the 29th attorney to achieve this designation. Tom Cannon has been a Fellow of the Academy for several years.
Horack Talley is proud to have three of the five AAML Fellows in Charlotte within our Family Law practice.
Fellowship in the Academy is deemed a high honor. The AAML is a national organization that encourages excellence and continually elevates the standards in the practice of family law.
According to the Academy, "Academy Fellows are highly skilled negotiators and litigators who represent individuals in all facets of family law. These areas include divorce, annulment, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, marital settlement agreements, child custody and visitation, business valuations, property valuations and division, alimony, child support and other family law issues."
There are 1500 AAML Fellows across the United States, and only 29 in North Carolina. Judges and other attorneys recognize this honor as designating preeminent family law practitioners with knowledge, skills, and integrity that are beyond reproach.
