William B. Hamel

Associate Managing Attorney



Bill Hamel focuses his practice on commercial landlord representation, and representing homeowners and business owners associations. He offers more than 25 years of experience helping to protect assets and collect debts for his clients. Bill also represents many small businesses as primary outside counsel.

Bill works primarily with commercial and residential development, brokerage and management firms with properties in the Charlotte region which include Griffin Brothers Companies, Henderson Properties, JLL, Childress Klein Properties, Cushman & Wakefield, CIP, Lat Purser & Associates, AmCap, Inc., Selwyn Property Group, Access Property Management, AMS and NAI Southern Real Estate.

In addition to Bill's legal practice, he has recently been named Associate Managing Attorney and serves on the firms' Practice Management Committee.
