• European Union developer of Certified Emission Reductions (carbon credits) under the Clean Development Mechanism of the Kyoto Protocol and Voluntary Emission Reductions under voluntary schemes. Projects include debt financing, joint ventures, technology transfer, CER development projects and Emission Reduction Purchase Agreements (ERPAs) in Latin America and Asia;
• U.S. interests of European renewable energy project developer;
• Investor group in green hotel and mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina;
