Separation Agreements
Divorcing spouses often want to avoid court if possible and enter into their own out-of-court settlement. Frequently called a “separation agreement,” this document can set out custody and visitation schedules and provide for the payment of child support.
Spousal support and the equitable distribution of marital assets and debts may also be addressed in a separation agreement.
All of the family law attorneys at Horack Talley are experienced in negotiating, preparing and reviewing separation agreements.
