Emerging Trends in Green Building and Renewable Energy

Keith Nichols will be speaking about Green Litigation at the Emerging Trends in Green Building and Renewable Energy CLE at the Mecklenburg County Bar Center. This program is designed to provide a broad range of practitioners with an understanding of the key concepts in two predominant sustainable development initiatives: (1) green building, and (2) renewable energy. Mr. Nichols’s program is intended to be a survey of the latest and most potent trends in green building and renewable energy, as well as an update of recent green building case law and an overview of potential litigation pitfalls in the field of green construction.
