Mecklenburg County Bar 2010 Annual Review

Kristin Ogburn, a bankruptcy attorney with Horack Talley, is planning the Mecklenburg County Bar's 2010 Annual Review CLE to be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Charlotte. Horack Talley's John Bowers, Chris Osborn, and Henry Pharr III will be speakers at the CLE. Topics to be presented include: changes to the rules of pleading due to the Twombly and Iqbal decisions, an appellate update discussing significant changes to the rules of appellate procedure that became effective 10/1/2009, and an employment law update.
