LEED Accredited Professional
LEED AP® means LEED Accredited Professional: The rigorous training required to become a LEED AP covers all aspects of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) program. Sustainable technologies and “clean tech” products must be learned, along with the air quality standards, energy and water efficiencies, and sustainable growth attributes encouraged by LEED.

Publications
Phillip Lewis received first prize in the Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition for a paper submitted on the subject of copyright law and is also the author of A Brief Comment on the Application of the Contemporary Community Standard to the Internet, 22 Campbell L. Rev. 143 (1999).

Mike Hunter is the co-author of How to Get Results in the Collection of Delinquent Debts in North Carolina, and has written numerous manuscripts for various presentations and seminars on community association Law.

Larry Ostema contributed a chapter to Green Building and Sustainable Development: The Legal Practical Guide.   The chapter is entitled Climate Change Considerations for Land Use and Real Estate Development.
